“ Wonderful food! The focaccia tower was fantastic, perfect balance of textures and flavors. They care immensely about the way they prepare their food, and I love the atmosphere. Nice low comfortable lighting even on a sunny day due the the window shades. Will be coming back! ”
“ Some of the best pizza I've had. Tried a pepperoni pizza and a four cheese with roasted red peppers. The pizzas were thin but you have an option to choose different crust. Personally, I love the Neapolitan pizza. There are many options and toppings. Including dessert pizzas. Additionally, tried their canolis and it was also very good. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable and made the night a good one. ”
“ Wife and I went back here last week on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. Updating the review because the food wasn't as good. Maybe they were short-staffed not sure but the pizza was soggy and the special pasta (pepperdew spaghetti) just tasted like waterdown velveeta with spaghetti. Probably wont be back but if I do I would probably order a pizza with very little toppings and ask for crispy crust to hopefully offset the sogginess. Bummed about the experience and having to write this review. Below, was the first visit: I've been wanting to go here every time I drive by i am going somewhere when I have time constraints. This time was the time. Saturday at noon is the best time! I got a chance to talk to Roger, who was cooking pizzas, and answered my questions about the pizza oven. It's beautiful and imported from Naples, Italy. They use oak wood, which is a perfect combination of heat and flavor. Madison waited on us, who answered our questions with graciousness and a smile. She is awesome. Fire In The Hole Tomato sauce, Calabrian hot chili peppers, fresh basil fresh mozzarella and hot oil 15 9.5/10 We added hot sausage to the order with no regrets. I actually suggest it, especially if you like a little spicy. The pizza was very well done. The only beef was the middle part of the pizza, which was a little soggy. Wasn't a deal breaker since the great flavor dominated any downside. My suggestion is either put the oil on the side or reduce the toppings to ensure crispiness or ask for extra crispy. Ask Pizzaiolo for suggestions on having the crust crispy throughout. These are neopolitan pizzas that only take 5-8 minutes to cook that are thin crust and have some char. Good stuff. They also have a full bar. We will be back with the goal of an entree AND and pizza. ”
“ Wow! Rustic Italian flavors- love the mushroom with truffle and rosemary, absolutely one of the best sensory experiences! Margarita pizza was a hit, also the hot Calabrese was excellent. Desserts were also delicious. Friendly, warm service. ”
“ Right off the bat the atmosphere is very elegant and very warming. The service was beyond excellent. And with all that said the Pizza was amazing. I've never had such unique dough anywhere! I one hundred percent recommend this place. ”
“ The pizza is delicious and the atmosphere is elegant. The pizzas here are one of a kind and definitely worth a shot. I like to order my crust crispy, the pizzas will feed 2 people or 1 person with a big appetite. Now called Fire in the Brick. Probably my most favorite thing about it is that it’s not greasy. The sausage stuffed jalapenos are excellent as well. The cauliflower crust style is a personal size pizza but very good . (I accidentally ordered double pepperoni) Spoiler alert:This is not your typical cheap pizza that you order for family pizza night . You will need to order a few of them and you’ll need to have a palette for real ingredients. ”
“ I went here last week. At least, I think I went here. I don’t exactly remember what it was called. Anyways, I got a margarita pizza with fries while my friends got pizzas of their own. I also got their caramel waffle dessert to go. I ate it the next day and it was still good. Overall, 5 stars! ”
“ Pizza was Amazing, good wings, and parmesan bread. Gelato is delicious! Must give it a try to anything you like or want. Very flavorful pizza. Service is has been great. Food and Store 100% recommended. 2nd time I go and still surprises me. ”
